Don’t die with your music still inside you

You’ve probably heard the saying, “Don’t die with your music still inside you.” For many people, it’s a wake-up call to pursue their dreams before time runs out. For as long as I can remember, natural healing was my love. And for many years, I pursued that dream. But along the way, at every turn, I was met with voices telling me I couldn’t make it. That I should do something less risky, more practical, more achievable.

After a while, I let all those voices drown out the most important one of all. The voice in my heart. I folded up my dream, put it away, went out into the world and built a career and life very different than the one I’d dreamed of. But there was an emptiness inside. A missing piece that wealth, possessions, and praise couldn’t fill. It was small at first. But eventually, that empty space began to feel like the biggest part of me. It swallowed up my happiness. It ate away at my relationships. Even my health began to suffer. I was in a dark place. But in it, I discovered the teachings of Bob Proctor.

Today, I’m living out my dream in a more incredible way than I ever thought possible. Because through MY dream I’m helping others to reclaim and realize theirs.

Where is YOUR dream? Are you living it out today? Or did you lose it somewhere along the way?

We all have dreams. Of who we want to be… of what we want to become… of what we want to do with our lives.

But a dream can so easily be abandoned. School, culture, society, even friends and family tell us our dreams are silly or unrealistic. We accept these limitations as true, and we let them shape our destiny.

Yet dreams never die. They live on inside us, waiting to be brought out into the light. To be loved and nurtured, so they can bloom into a beautiful reality.

The fact that you are reading this story means that you have an amazing head start on that process. You’ve found a place where you’re surrounded by life-changing ideas, supported by like-minded people, and connected to a world of transformational thinking.

I’ve been where you are right now, and I can tell you that you’re standing in the very sunshine your dreams crave! Absorb that light. Stay in it. Follow it. Let it fill you, strengthen you, illuminate your journey, and blot out the distractions and detractors. If you do, you will soon find your own “music” pouring out of your heart, and into the waiting, welcoming world.
